At Hookups, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused sports equipment and apparel. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
